The location of this hotel close enough to a liquor and wine store with a fantastic range of great wines at competitive prices was marvellous and brilliant.
Their staff were a bit rude.

It was clean, I would book again. The a double room was lovely little and practical. The most important was the staff - attentive and extremely friendly people. The attached restaurant was excellent, they served amazing food.

We totally recommend this hotel, spent here romantic 6 nights. Property was recently renovated and fancy and we enjoyed the food there, it was good. It had unbeatable and incredible location close to New Orleans during the big orthopaedic surgeon convention, the eatery downstairs and the French Quarter and Frenchmen street. American cuisine was served in the attached restaurant.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is incredible - you get so much for what you pay. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with beautiful and tasteful decor that really makes you feel at home. The location is perfect - just a short walk away from all the activities you'd want to do in the area. And the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. this hotel was a great find and I would highly recommend it!
No improvements needed - everything was perfect.

Clean hotel in a lovely building close enough to the boats and Snug Harbor and all the Jazz bars. Good facilities and a delicious and large breakfast with DECENT coffee and bacon, as for instance. Central location of the main tourist area.
Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The Balcony Guest House was worth its 3 stars. I ordered dinner at their on-site restaurant, Silk Road. I booked a queen room with climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a lounge area. The free parking was a big advantage.

This hotel was fancy, with excellent service and awesome location in the eatery downstairs. Location: the property was not far from the nearby restaurant, called Silk Road, all the must experience areas of New Orleans and the river. Had nice dainties at Cake Cafe, located minutes from the hotel.
